MIND Korrelatie offers anonymous, professional, psychological help. They provide individual advice and help to anyone via chat or phonecall.  This is available mon-fri 09.00 and 20.30.

Alles oké?

Alles oké provides a free and anonymous chat with a trained volunteer. 'We don't know who you are and you don't have to tell us.' They are available every day between 14.00 and 22.00.
